This policy applies to retail orders placed through the EIRSONA website. Wholesale logistics are confirmed in the applicable quotation or contract.
Retail shipping charges
- $10 shipping when the merchandise subtotal is $35 or less.
- $5 shipping when the merchandise subtotal is more than $35.
Shipping eligibility is based on merchandise value before promotional discounts and before shipping, duties and taxes, so an eligible order does not lose its lower shipping rate after a discount is applied. The applicable charge is calculated automatically at checkout. These rates apply only to destinations available at checkout.
Order processing and dispatch
Order processing begins on the day after the order is placed. The parcel is then scheduled for carrier collection as soon as processing is complete. Carrier pickup time, transit time and delivery date vary by destination, service availability, customs clearance and local conditions.
Delivery, duties and taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges unless the checkout or written quotation expressly states otherwise. We may contact the customer before dispatch if a destination is unsupported or requires a delivery arrangement not shown at checkout.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has started.
Returns
Contact us before returning any product. If a return is approved, return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided by email. Do not send an unsolicited return. For hygiene reasons, opened or used in-ear products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This restriction does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Faulty, incorrect or damaged orders
Contact us with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant. We will review the case and confirm the available remedy and return instructions.
